ARBOUIN Consulting supports organisations that run critical platforms: business applications, high-traffic eCommerce sites and SaaS platforms. My job: make sure those platforms take the load, stay available and keep evolving calmly.
My belief is simple: you only advise well on what you can do yourself. I write code, I operate Kubernetes clusters, I build deployment pipelines. My recommendations are tested in production, not derived from slide decks.
I work on design as well as team leadership, from public cloud to European sovereign environments, with one constant goal: to leave teams more autonomous than I found them.

A cloud architect and consultant, I have designed and hardened platforms for major players in eCommerce, banking and tech — from LaFourchette to BNP Paribas, from Dacia UK to Amundi Technology. I have led teams of 2 to 15 people and deployed Kubernetes infrastructure on public cloud and in sovereign environments alike.
